First pile of our new building project!
First pile struck for new Tolsma-Grisnich building: An important milestone in the central housing of company activities
Today marks an important step in the future of Tolsma-Grisnich, already established in Emmeloord since 1966. The first pile has been driven for the new 20,000 m² modern building, which will house both offices and production areas.
The new building is located on the new industrial estate of Emmeloord and will serve as the central point for all Tolsma-Grisnich activities worldwide. The company currently operates from various locations in Emmeloord, but the new building will increase efficiency by centralising everything in one place, in a modern and sustainable working environment.
Groothuis Bouwgroep is responsible for the turnkey construction of the company building and offices. As a family business, Groothuis Bouwgroep specialises in providing real estate solutions for entrepreneurs. The entire project will be delivered with sustainable certification, ensuring future-proof business accommodation.
The new building will provide space for the company's 200 employees, who are expected to be operational from July 2025.
